There is something about being away, that makes you want to find your Filipino (pagka-Pilipino), and this is what we are setting out to do.
WHY FINDING FILIPINO?
We think a lot of us who live outside of the Philippines will echo the sentiment that we've never felt more Filipino (and nostalgic for anything Filipino) than when we moved away. We know that's exactly how we feel, especially now that we are raising our own kids.
So we are on a mission to find and create content to help find our pagka-Pilipino.
We want to create content for kids that celebrate everything we love about being Filipino. We want to find ways for our kids to engage with their Filipino-ness and help them explore their sense of identity.
We hope that our Learn and Play programs, blog, future content and our Facebook community can be a place we can all share our love for being Filipino and give us practical ways we can share that with our kids.
